I bought The Robin Williams Comic…

I bought The Robin Williams Comic Genius DVD Set, the EXTRA LARGE One that was OVER $200! I Unfortunately didn't open it up right away and look at it or investigate it! (I was in the hospital for over 6 months) And then when I got out didn't get to open it right away either.

I just opened it took off all the saran wrap plastic wrap covering and inspected it. I found it to be missing the first DVD in each volume! There is supposedly 6 DVDs In each volume! In my set I received, I only got five DVDs in each volume or individual DVDs in the clamshell package!

The gentleman I spoke to was very Kurt... He would not transfer me to anyone like a manager or above to discuss it and just let them know what the situation was!

In my opinion that makes up for lousy customer service. Even if I have to eat 200 plus dollars on this it's really distressing service. If this is the way that the company wishes to make money it should be circling the drain right now they're RIPPING people off!!!

I placed an order for Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Concert...

I placed an order for Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Concert Blu-ray discs over the telephone. The automated service not only took 30 minutes but kept trying to sell me a myriad of other products in which I had no interest. When you pressed a button to decline, it would offer the product to you again! I had no choice but to endure the entire message given that I had already provided my credit card information and did not have a confirmation. What's worse, the very next day, I called Time Life to cancel my order and they refused. I was told that my order was not in the system and to please try back in a few days. The following day, I tried again and was told that my order had already shipped out. Worst of all, my credit card was charged and I never received the discs in the mail. I immediately called my credit card company to dispute the charges. Please stay away!
